Working with existing finishing and furnishings, we edit and add where needed, within your budget and timeline. We know what works and what doesn’t to optimize the design for effective selling.

Staging is critical for sale or rental of property, and our design team has the “eye” to see what will be attractive, which room layouts are best for photography and we’re able to edit home furnishings and decor to best advantage.
The staging will be set up for 2 weeks in the residence, in which time photography and Agent Open House may be completed.
